You are not alone


If you are a survivor of rape and/or sexual assault and seeking connection, creativity and solace amongst others who feel your same feelings, there are resources and help that you can access here.

Connect with other survivors and their stories anonymously, sign up for support groups that guide you through your new journey with colour and creativity; and find professional help sought out and recommended by survivors themselves.

FemFound is here to hold your hand and guide you on your way to feel all the feelings, let them flow through you.

Just know that you still are, and always will be, a powerful Woman Warrior and that with a little time, and the right care, your life will be warm and colourful again.

Creative support groups

Our Creative Support Groups offer a visual platform for you to colour your own path to recovery. They will offer a creative smorgasbord of art supplies, inspiration, artistic teachings and a community to feel apart of and connected to.

These group sessions will create a safe place for conversation and creation amongst other fellow survivors, helping to make your journey to recovery less isolating.

The technique of creative therapy allows you to delve into your healing in a non-invasive way. You will learn how to understand your healing process through a channel that is nurturing and nourishing, leading you towards a positive life as a SURVIVOR.
